Job Description: Synnex is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team in Christchurch, Canterbury, NZ.
As a mid-to-senior level position, the Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring high-quality customer service and support for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of reliability and resilience.
Responsibilities: Manage and lead the chat support team, providing guidance and support as needed Monitor chat support interactions to ensure quality and efficiency Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction Train and onboard new chat support team members Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions Analyze chat support data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement Maintain a positive and productive working environment for the chat support team Requirements: 7+ years of experience in a chat support or customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers Excellent negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Benefits: Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Free food provided during working hours Free accommodation for employees relocating to Christchurch Working Environment: At Synnex, we pride ourselves on being a company that transcends borders, promoting collaboration on a global scale.
