In this role, you will be responsible for conducting practice reviews, preparing reports, and sharing your expertise to promote continuous improvement within the accounting profession.Key Responsibilities will include:Conduct practice reviews both onsite and remotely to ensure compliance with professional standards and legislation.Prepare detailed reports and outcome letters in line with our policies and procedures.Share knowledge and experience with practices and members to foster continuous improvement.Assist with the onboarding of independent contractor practice reviewers.Perform peer reviews to ensure consistency of outcomes.ABOUT YOU - HE KORERO MOUYou'll be a CA (or member of an equivalent overseas body) with significant experience in public practice at a senior level, have a strong understanding of NZ and international standards, proven confidentiality, and professionalism.
