We receive a wide variety of clinical referrers, including regional Plastic Surgery and Rheumatology services as well as referrals from 2 Emergency Departments.
We provide x-rays, ultrasounds, MRI and CT scans.
We are looking for an experienced Sonographer to lead the Ultrasound work in our newly transformed Radiology Department.

As a new Team Leader, you will lead and be part of our dynamic Ultrasound department; made up of 4 full-time equivalent staff, who are focused on job satisfaction, teamwork, and quality.

Our Radiology Department also holds International Accreditation New Zealand (IANZ) accreditation.
Mou - About you As a Charge Sonographer in our Ultrasound department, you will be leading a fast-moving fun environment, where you will be exposed to a large variety of work including MSK, Vascular, Obstetrics and General Sonography.
We are looking for a Sonographer with: Current registration and practicing certificate with the NZ Medical Radiation Technologists Board (or eligible to apply) Experience in abdominal, obstetrics and gynaecology, and small parts ultrasound.
Experience at a senior level.
