In this role you will take responsibility for the overall coordination of patient flow within Paediatric and Adult Congenital Cardiac Surgery based primarily at Starship Children's Hospital with some patients in Level 4 ORs. You will be coordinating the nursing staff on a daily basis and resources to care for the patients that day. This role forms part of the senior nursing team in Level 4 Cardiothoracic and ORL Operating Theatres.
Must be a Registered Nurse with 5 years or above of Adult or Paediatrics Cardiac Theatre experiencePossess solid clinical knowledge and decision-making skillsExcel at building and leading high-performing teamsProvide clinical leadership and continuing professional development for RNs in the department.We will ensure you are always supported and developed professionally in an environment that is often challenging but always exciting!
