Leadership opportunity within Adult Acute Inpatient Unit – Tiaho Mai We are looking for a Charge Nurse Manager for one of our High Dependency Units, on our modern adult inpatient mental health unit, Tiaho Mai.
You will be motivated, enthusiastic, and a highly professional Registered Nurse, who is ready to work as part of a dynamic team, delivering quality equity-focused mental health inpatient care.
Following a transformative re-build incorporating latest technology and co-designed with our whaiora and wider community, Tiaho Mai is the newest inpatient mental health unit in the country.
This role provides critical leadership in building workforce capability and capacity, clinical service delivery, operational management, contributing to policy, procedure and service development, and supporting the team through the next stages of health sector reform.
The Charge Nurse Manager acts as a role model for high standards of care by supporting an environment where excellence can flourish.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a genuine commitment to the people who we serve, within the diverse and culturally rich community of Counties Manukau.
