We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to lead our Paediatric team. This role is an exciting opportunity to provide operational management and leadership across the paediatric service, including the inpatient ward, special care baby unit, and outpatient service.
This is a permanent part-time position, working 64 hours per fortnight (0.8 FTE); days of work to be discussed.
You will have at least five years of nursing experience, including a management/leadership role, and possess a sound knowledge of clinical nursing practice and principles. A commitment to an interdisciplinary focus is essential, along with a strong client-centered approach, superb communication skills, and the ability to form strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across a range of settings.
