Here's where you can really make your mark!About the roleWe are looking for a Charge Nurse Manager for our Kidz First Emergency Department (ED) to join the ED nursing leadership team!In this fast-paced environment, as a Charge Nurse Manager you will need excellent innovation, interpersonal and communication skills. Some of the essential work you will be doing:Provide exceptional professional and clinical nursing leadershipPromote excellence in best practice, and safe, high-quality patient and whaanau centred care, resulting in a great patient experience Continue to coach, mentor, and develop the ED Nursing team, supporting, and enabling nurses to work to their top of scopeSupport and enable the ED department to meet key performance indicators If this describes you and your unfailing commitment to quality patient care and safety, please apply immediately. About you Are you an experienced senior nurse looking for an exciting and rewarding challenge of leading a high performing team?
