The Gynaecology Care Unit provides care to people with all gynaecological conditions, including care of people experiencing early pregnancy loss and abortions.
We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated Charge Nurse Manager to lead our Gynaecology Care Unit, including the Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit and our dedicated team.
You will need to be adaptable, able to demonstrate strong communication skills, have time management skills, and be waahine and whaanau focused while also continuing to grow and develop the current team within the ward to provide safe patient and whaanau focused care.
In this dynamic environment, as Charge Nurse Manager, you will be required to provide strong clinical and professional leadership to your team.
You will have experience at a leadership level, great interpersonal skills, lots of enthusiasm, be a team player, and be very well organized.

Essential Requirements: New Zealand Nursing Registration Current Annual Practicing Certificate Minimum 5 years' experience in-patient nursing environment in NZ Completed Postgraduate Diploma with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development Demonstrated expertise in setting standards and managing excellence in practice Ability to provide coaching and mentoring Proven leadership and staff management experience Proven ability to apply Te Tiriti o Waitangi in a health care setting Desirable: Clinical experience in Women's Health Don't miss this unique opportunity!
