Charge Nurse Manager, District Nursing, West Auckland

Full time, Permanent role District Nursing Waitemata District Nursing is seeking an enthusiastic nursing leader to take on the role of Charge Nurse Manager for the Waitakere District Nursing Team. You'll be joining a highly capable and supportive nursing leadership group dedicated to advancing patient care continuously.
The ideal candidate should be a Registered Nurse with relevant experience and proven leadership skills, including successful change management. A minimum of 5 years of post-registration experience in District Nursing, preferably at the charge nurse level, is a requirement.
In this position, you will lead a team focused on patient-centered care, independence, and service improvement. Utilizing technology effectively, coordinating services, and fostering a culture of excellence within the team are key responsibilities.
