Internal Expression of Interest (EOI) Fixed Term Charge Nurse Manager (CNM) Assessment and Diagnostic Unit Waitakere Are you ready for a new opportunity? Are you enthusiastic and self-motivated? We have a role for you! We seek expressions of interest for a fixed term to cover the Charge Nurse Manager Role in ADU Waitakere (maternity leave cover). If you want the opportunity to see if this role is the next step in your career, and are looking for a senior nursing role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a committed team, then this opportunity may be for you. You will be well supported and appropriate training can be provided. The purpose of this role is to ensure that your team is supported and nurtured to provide high-quality nursing care and excellent customer service in a safe environment.
You will have proven leadership experience and the ability to problem solve whilst ensuring safe and effective care, evidence-based critical thinking, and proactive escalation as needed.
You will need experience in working in an acute medical/emergency department setting. You will be required to lead a multi-disciplinary team to meet the diverse needs of patients and their families/whanau, using contemporary professional best practice standards to provide specialised clinical care for the patient.
