Oamaru Hospital Permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per week Competitive salary and discounted health insurance General and CT Imaging The opportunity has arisen for a Charge Medical Imaging Technologist - General and CT to join our Radiology team in a leadership role, working with the Clinical Director, Quality Manager and other management to provide efficient, effective and safe services at Oamaru Hospital.
Mo te turanga - About the role Undertake imaging services according to service standards and protocols.
Supervise Medical Imaging Technologists, and the Radiology Team.
Drive continuous improvement in inpatient, outpatient, and community care outcomes.
Oversee and effectively utilise resources in the day-to-day provision of Radiological services.
Fulfil annual requirements of the MRTB to remain registered within scope of practice.
Maintain quality systems.
Mou ake - About you An accredited General & CT Radiographer with proven clinical experience.
NZ Citizen, Resident or already hold a valid work visa.
Registration with the NZ MRTB and a current APC.
Skilled team leader - mentoring, rostering and performance management.
Quality management expert including IANZ accreditation, audits and management meetings.
