Charge Medical Imaging Technologist - OamaruCharge Medical Imaging TechnologistPermanent, full time (1.0 FTE), 40 hours per weekCompetitive salary + discounted health insuranceGeneral & CT ImagingThe opportunity has arisen for a Charge Medical Imaging Technologist - General & CT to join our Radiology team in a leadership role, working with the Clinical Director, Quality Manager and other management to provide efficient, effective and safe services at Oamaru Hospital:Mo te turanga | About the roleUndertake imaging services according to service standards and protocolsSupervise Medical Imaging Technologists and the Radiology TeamDrive continuous improvement in inpatient, outpatient, and community care outcomesOversee and effectively utilise resources in the day-to-day provision of Radiological servicesFulfil annual requirements of the MRTB to remain registered within scope of practiceAn accredited General & CT Radiographer with proven clinical experienceNZ Citizen, Resident or already hold a valid work visaRegistration with the NZ MRTB and a current APCSkilled team leader - mentoring, rostering and performance managementQuality management expert including IANZ accreditation, audits and management meetingsThis role belongs to the APEX Collective AgreementDue to the fast-paced nature of what we do, our vacancy close dates may be subject to change.
