Mo tetunga | About the Role We are seeking a talented and experienced Charge Anaesthetic Technician to lead our anaesthetic technician team with passion and expertise. In this role, you will provide day-to-day leadership, operational management, and strategic planning to ensure the delivery of a sustainable, high-quality service that aligns with our organisational goals. As a key member of our team, you will also provide clinical leadership for the profession, focusing on workforce development, safe and high-quality care, and outcomes-focused practice.
We provide perioperative services across multiple sites and cover all specialties including obstetrics, trauma, paediatrics, and cardiac. We are an acute and elective centre that offers it all.
As an accredited training hospital, we recognise the importance of investing in our staff and offer a multitude of opportunities for both the professional development of our qualified team and for our future workforce. We support the perioperative practice degree programme and the registered nurse anaesthetic assistant (RNAA) training programme.
