As a Chapter Lead, your passion and expertise in product strategy, innovation and product development will position ASB to deliver business lending products and experiences that customers will love. Partnering across the business and translating 'big picture' thinking into actionable initiatives, you will identify opportunities and pivot product strategies to best position ASB in market.
This role works with various critical functions to deliver the changes required, including our 'agile' Tribes, Digital, Marketing, Pricing, Finance, Customer, Data, Technology, Risk and Strategy areas, whilst ensuring products deliver to ASB's purpose, brand, commercial and customer expectations.
