Mo te turanga - About the roleAs a Chapter Lead in our Enterprise Domain, you'll play a key role in building world-class capability for the Chapter area, developing squad members and improving the way we work. This role is responsible for leading a chapter of technical experts by guiding them on "how" to work and their professional development. They are also responsible for developing mastery of capability in their chapter.

Ka aha to ra e kite ai? - What will your day look likeAs a Chapter Lead, you will:
Be responsible for delivering what matters for our business stakeholders. This includes maintaining the applications health to ensure we have stable and secure platforms.Be responsible for leading a chapter of technical experts by guiding them on "how" to work and their professional development.Be responsible for the overall career development of their chapter members and hold people management responsibilities.Take a holistic interest in supporting their chapter members, and are accountable for building world-class capability in their chapter (i.e. soft and non-technical skills and capabilities, as well as sharing their technical expertise and domain knowledge).Continue to be accountable for performance discussions, approving leave arrangements, holding regular check-ins with their people and taking the lead in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding activities.Ou Pukenga? - What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Deep expertise in your Chapter area, Data, combined with broad capability and a proven ability to innovate and adapt to the latest developments.Ability to build and maintain strong networks across both technology and business.Proven ability to influence stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for all.Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, coach and develop others.Ability to quickly grasp new content and the ability to translate this to your Chapter.Proven leadership experience 5+ years.Provide expert advice and technical consulting to projects to address key architecture issues, and during the analysis and design phases of projects.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
