This role is pivotal in providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring for HSW craft development, and building specific HSW leadership capability and skills across our subsidiaries and HSW team.Day to day you will be involved in:Craft Development: Develop the craft of HSW across our HSW Partners through development planning and building capability for partnering skills.Strategy Support: Drive Spark's HSW strategy by implementing annual HSW roadmaps and leading out our HSW principles.Technical Advice: Provide and source technical advice to coach HSW partners to deliver the right outcomes for our customers and our business.Operational Support: Oversee day-to-day partnering activities for operational support to ensure we are focused on ruthless prioritisation in what we do.Reporting and Communication: Ensure reporting and insights are effectively communicated and actioned.
