Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The OpportunityAs the Route-to-Market Optimisation Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of a scalable Route-to-Market strategy that delivers value for Suntory Oceania, our front-line workers and customers. Working with key stakeholders across the business to influence and negotiate outcomes that our National Field teams can execute in market to ensure the delivery of in-store and venue excellence and availability of our iconic ranges across our licensed and non-licensed portfolios.Key responsibilities include:-Build RTM (route to market) strategies across markets, channels, portfolios and geographies that step up our sales efficiency and effectiveness in-store and in venuesLead the development of the RTM Implementation agenda that will deliver the digitally enabled operating model objectives and goals, ensuring this is aligned to the business strategy.Define, model & refine the customer sales and service policies at the optimal cost to serve (Customer Development, Order Generation & Delivery/Logistics)Provide guidance and governance of all RTM processes and procedures, customer data base management and route planningBuild and maintain collaborative and transparent relationships with Sales leaders and Logistics teams to deliver optimal RTM outcomesEffective leadership and development of a RTM Analyst who will support the role and develop effective RTM plansWhat's in your toolkit?With a proven track record in route optimisation within the FMCG (beverages is highly advantageous) industry, we're looking for an individual with a natural flair for customer and commercial awareness. Coupled with advanced analytical skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex commercial and operational requirements into actionable outcomes. With strong influencing and negotiation skills and expertise that you will leverage to ensure that our front-line employees can deliver with impact in market. Ideally, you'll have experience preparing management reports and presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
