We're looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team based in Avondale, Auckland on a full-time permanent basis.Join our vibrant team at GWA, where our rich New Zealand and Australian heritage, technical expertise, and innovative drive combine with our iconic brands to create something truly extraordinary. For over a century, we've been crafting innovative, high-quality products for homes and offices, including market-leading brands like Methven and Caroma.About the roleReporting directly to the Head of Marketing & Product, this pivotal role is focused on driving brand and customer channel marketing in the New Zealand market to enhance customer experience, strengthen brand presence, and support market growth.This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and results-oriented individual to take ownership of key marketing initiatives and grow their expertise in areas such as:Executing growth-driven promotional plans for major customers, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.Managing industry sponsorships to reinforce our strategic priorities and enhance market visibility.Leading the events program in New Zealand, including collaboration with industry associations, planning customer-led events, and leveraging commercial opportunities to promote brand and product priorities.Supporting new product development launches by coordinating go-to-market activations.Collaborating with the sales team to identify, plan, and deliver impactful in-store display and branding upgrades that drive conversion.This role offers an exciting blend of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, ideal for someone passionate about marketing and eager to make a tangible impact on business growth.About youAs our new Channel Marketing Manager, you will bring:3+ years of experience in marketing, communications or channel marketing.Proven expertise in working with displays, suppliers, and customers to develop and execute effective marketing plans.A track record of success with market-leading brands, including the development and delivery of impactful programs and campaigns.A Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Marketing/Sales), Business, or equivalent expertise gained through a combination of experience, training, or professional accreditation.About usAt GWA, we're not just a company—we're a supportive community committed to making everyday water experiences extraordinary.
