We are looking for an experienced Channel Marketing Specialist. You will be based in our NZ headquarters in East Tamaki reporting to the NZ Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to work flexibly after onboarding.In this role, you will be responsible for developing sales tools, B2B business campaigns and managing packaging & innovation projects for JDE Peet's Out of Home sales team. Our Out of Home team focuses on our B2B partners which offer our coffee and tea brands to customers on the go (hotels, BARECA, healthcare, convenience stores etc.) or indirect B2B partners such as office wholesalers. A few of our cherished brands that you will work with in this role include Moccona, L'OR, Jed's, Hummingbird, Gravity, Burton's, Bell Tea, Ti Ora and Pickwick.In this role, you will:Manage the portfolio of out-of-home specific brands; including making recommendations on the portfolio to the wider Marketing team, working across stakeholders and setting the agenda for business priorities maximising channel growthPartner with our Out-of-Home sales team, providing direction and leadership for our Out-of-Home brand portfolio.Be responsible for developing sales promotions and materials to support the New Zealand Out-of-Home businessManage the brand standards in New Zealand for all Out-of-Home brandsManage the monthly sales and marketing meeting for the Professional channel, where you will input into key innovations and projects.Manage the cross-sell portfolio (umbrellas, banners etc.) to ensure our sales team has the right products to drive sales of coffee and tea with our customersOwn the marketing budget for the Out-of-Home segment, including raising POs and reporting on the monthly forecasted budget versus actualsQualificationsFor this role as a Channel Marketing Manager, we're looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:5+ years of prior brand or trade marketing experiencePreferentially, you will have had some marketing or sales related experience within FMCGYou will have excellent multitasking and organisation skills with a keen ability to prioritise and communicate well with stakeholdersYou are a passionate marketing professional who will bring your experience to help develop and grow the role, whilst being ready for the exciting challenges aheadYou will have strong commercial acumen and experience using data and insights to make decisions and set prioritiesConfident with the use of Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook.
