Job Description:We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Training Specialist to be an integral part of our energetic and dynamic Project Management Team, in a fast-growing organisation
What will your responsibilities be? As the Change Training Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring that comprehensive End User training programmes are designed, developed and rolled out across the business, ensuring the knowledge, skill and demonstrated ability required within employee roles, responsibilities, processes and the new system(s) are successfully adopted by all impacted employees and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:Who we are looking for? Proven experience managing learning & development and/or training functions within a large corporate environmentProven experience leading Training team(s)Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for a technical & non-technical programmeExperience managing projects according to best practiceChange management experienceTertiary qualification in a relevant fieldWe need a strong communicator and excellent influencer, who is adept at building relationships across all levels of the business. This is a complex role with plenty of moving parts, so your ability to juggle priorities whilst understanding the wider businesses needs.
