Their green-fields ePMO are looking to add a Change Practice Lead into the newly formed Change Practice.Role Purpose:Using your Change Management leadership skills, you'll grow the practice further and also use your skills to mentor and coach the team, which consists of 3 permanent staff and 1 contractor. Ideally, you'll have previously led a similar sized team. This role will also perform some hands-on change management on certain projects and maintain the practice. This role will see you leading and facilitating change management activities across projects and programmes, challenging the status quo and identifying improvement opportunities resulting in improvement in key performance measures, greater levels of customer satisfaction, and improved operational efficiency.As well as leading the team, you'll be responsible for analysing, planning, implementing, and evaluating change strategies, facilitating a collaborative approach to change, and building ownership and capability. In a role like this, it goes without saying that you will communicate, engage, and influence adoption of change with internal stakeholders - ELT members, ePMO Team, and external key stakeholders - clinicians, medical providers, vendors, and 3rd parties as well as relevant industry bodies.Role Specific Knowledge, Skills & Experience:EssentialMinimum 2 years CM leadership experience.Minimum of 5+ years Change Management.Ideally qualification in Change Management, for example, ADKAR methodology or equivalent.Exceptional written and oral communication skills including well-developed facilitation and presentation skills.Strong skills in partnering with customers and stakeholders to think and work creatively.Ability to influence and motivate others and move toward a common vision or goal.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Excellent planning and organisation skills.DesirableBachelor degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience.Personal AttributesExperience in working effectively to demanding deadlines, and ability to manage a range of tasks at any one time and prioritise own workload.Displays drive, energy and an enthusiasm for making things happen.CI Mindset – Looking at ways to work smarter to get a better outcome.Apply now if this sounds like your next role!Note: To be considered for this role you MUST already reside in New Zealand, be a NZ citizen, resident, or have already secured the right to work in New Zealand and therefore hold a work visa."Talent Vault embraces diversity; we are members of Diversity Works.
