We are currently looking for an experienced change manager to step into an immediate contract with one of our favourite clients.Sitting within their central ePMO this role will is a great opportunity for someone who has started there change management career and is looking to take it to the next level in a highly supportive environment.The RoleThis project is all about rolling out new/updated technology to our clients supply chain side of the business, and as such will have some travel to their distribution centres in Dunedin.
You will be supported by the Change Lead, as well as a Senior Change Manager and a Communications Specialist, and your emphasis in this project will be preparing business teams for UAT and working with the internal training teams to ensure learning materials and schedules are well planned, executed and on schedule.
This is still a change role however so there will be a variety of change activities under your remit as well.This role is based in the Christchurch office, and although WFH is part of their policy they are looking for Christchurch based candidates for this role.Qualifications and Experience:2-3 years proven experience as a Change Manager, with a good exposure of successful change implementations.A background in training execution, particularly around software implementations.Experience within a retail, FMCG or primary industry organisation will be an advantageStrong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.What you will get in return:A competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.A supportive and inclusive work culture that values your contributions.The opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a talented team.Great offices centrally located in ChristchurchWFH policyPlease note, only those with the right to work in New Zealand will be considered for this role. .
