Are you passionate about driving meaningful change? As a Change Manager, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring smooth transitions across our dynamic project portfolio. Your expertise will shape change strategies, foster stakeholder engagement, and empower kaimahi to embrace new ways of working. By minimising disruption and maximising benefits, you'll help align initiatives with our strategic goals while driving successful adoption.
Key responsibilities include: Develop and implement comprehensive change strategies that enable kaimahi to adapt and thrive.Collaborate with teams to identify impacts, communicate changes clearly, and ensure seamless transitions.Proactively identify challenges, address resistance, and promote buy-in for changes.Build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders, including frontline kaimahi, project teams, senior leaders, and external partners.Deliver effective communication plans and training programmes.Monitor outcomes, evaluate effectiveness, and refine approaches for future initiatives.This role offers a salary band ranging from $106,817 to $130,555 per annum. Placement within this band will be determined by the extent to which candidates meet or exceed the relevant qualifications and experience requirements.
