We are seeking an outstanding Change Manager to join our T&O Portfolio Execution, Group Program.
In this role, you will be responsible for proactively forecasting, planning, and executing end-to-end change management initiatives to ensure successful delivery. You will gather and analyse impact data from customers and colleagues, collaborate with relevant stakeholders, and develop and implement change strategies to effectively transition both customers and colleagues. You will be at ease providing change delivery engagement and collaboration either across one large project or multiple parallel running projects. You will work proactively with the business to identify key risks in change implementation, develop appropriate mitigation strategies, and coach and influence leaders to ensure effective change implementation.
This is a permanent role open for the candidate based anywhere in the major cities of Australia or New Zealand.

We're seeking a Change Manager with excellent change management skills to deliver effective change management solutions for our business and partners affected by our Strategic Change initiatives. The role requires the following experience:
Experience in complex organisational change management and in program/project delivery.
Change Management experience in an Agile and Continuous Delivery approach.
Strong Leadership skills through change – the ability to drive business results through others and uplift Change Leadership capability within a program of work.
Strong ability to drive and execute on end-to-end behaviour change.
Ability to build deep relationships, drive collaboration within and across teams, and influence others.
Demonstrated stakeholder management and engagement.
