This role is responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies to enhance employee adoption. We are currently seeking a dedicated Change Manager, on a fixed term basis, to join our project team, managing the people aspect of change related to business processes, systems, and technology.Mo te tunga | About the role:Change Management Planning: Develop and implement change management plans and processes that support project integration.Communication Leadership: Design and deliver effective communications for change initiatives, engaging stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders and provide coaching to managers during transitions.Risk Management: Identify risks, prepare mitigation strategies, and address resistance to change.Impact Assessment: Analyse change impacts, identify gaps, and implement interventions for successful transitions.Support: Identify training needs, design and deliver training material and support users post go-live.Monitoring and Evaluation: Assess change readiness and establish monitoring mechanisms to ensure sustained adoption and benefits realisation.The salary for this role is up to $150,000 per annum.
