What you will do:
Our contracts carry a variety of responsibilities and exciting challenges in the Change space. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
Aligning to the established change management strategy, ensuring coordination with the Programme streams of work.
Working with the programme and project teams, and stakeholders across the business to plan and execute change management and communication activities to support substantial technology, process, and behavioural change impact.
Facilitation and support of Business Process Owners, providing change leadership, ensuring adequate involvement and informed decision making within a practical structure.
Skills and experience we are looking for:
To be considered for these roles you will be an experienced Change Manager with the following skills:
Change Management qualifications
5+ years of commercial experience, and exposure to enterprise environments
Experience developing and delivering effective communication and change plans
Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities and environments
Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills
Please note for these roles you must currently be in New Zealand and holding the ongoing right to work in New Zealand, with either NZ citizenship or an unrestricted work visa.
