As we embark on a period of significant growth, the Change Lead: Process Improvement & Optimisation will drive iterative improvement across policy, process and system across all portfolios to support achievement of strategic objectives.In this role, you can expect to:Own the fortnightly planning exercise to prioritise process improvement and optimisation initiatives for delivery across all portfolios.Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders and end users to ensure that what we need to deliver each cycle is clearly understood.Identify resource requirements from the shared resource pool to support delivery within each cycle.Oversee and support the delivery of all initiatives, working alongside seconded SME resource to deliver required outcomes within each cycle.Work closely with other Change Leads and the Change & Process Specialist to ensure work is grouped efficiently and coordinated across the business to optimise output.Lead regular discovery and observation sessions across the business to identify a backlog of Process Improvement & Optimisation initiatives across all portfolios.Ensure cross-functional collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders and business units to achieve inclusion and transparency across the business.Promote an agile mindset within the business, encouraging flexibility and adaptability.Implement agile methodologies and practices to enhance delivery speed and efficiency.We are looking for candidates who have:5+ years' experience in business transformation delivery in agile environments within the NZ Financial Services industry.Ability to think strategically, embrace change and the opportunity change presents, with an adaptable mindset.Knowledge of lending decisioning, financial products and services in NZ and an understanding of the NZ legislative landscape.Confidence to influence stakeholders and ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills across all levels of the organisation.Experience in presenting recommendations and facilitating sessions with key stakeholders to drive outcomes.Be masterful at multi-tasking and keeping pace in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Excellent work ethic and self-motivated, with interests in ongoing personal development.Advanced presentation skills to convey key information and outcomes to key stakeholders.Strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to constructively manage difficult conversations when needed.What's in it for me?Within the Avanti Finance Group, you can look forward to flexible and hybrid working as we offer up to two days working from home following the initial training period.
