Nga kawenga |About the role As the Change Lead with the National Workforce Planning Team, you'll be at the forefront of guiding our team through successful transformative initiatives. Your role will involve analysing, planning, implementing, and evaluating change strategies to ensure our workforce planning strategic goals are met. You'll play a crucial role in fostering collaboration between our team and the frontline, facilitating a unified approach to achieving our collective objectives. Some of your day-to-day accountabilities will include: Engaging with change networks and key stakeholders to ensure readiness for implementation. Offering specialist advice and guidance on change matters to key stakeholders. Creating high-quality written documents and presentations to communicate change effectively. Providing status reports on change activity milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks. Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation experience, and ability to build relationships across various disciplines. Ability to analyse complex issues systematically and provide practical recommendations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse stakeholders. There will be some travel required for this role, so for that reason, a Full New Zealand Driver License will be required. The midpoint of the salary range is $115,546 and the full range(85%-120%) is $98,215 - $138,656.Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
