About the role Reporting to the Chief People and Safety Officer, you will focus on the people side of change. The business is evolving and requires a Change lead to come in and influence and facilitate change across the business. Duties Prepare, support, and equip the team for change. Coach and Support leaders to enable them to support and lead their team through change. Support Project Managers and teams with their project plan and integrate change management. Create change methodology. Create detailed change management tools and techniques. Skills and experience You would have worked in a Change role previously and have several years' experience leading complex change management initiatives, you need to have a toolbox of strategies, techniques and influencing skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute change management strategies. Proven experience in planning, implementation, and evaluation of change strategies. Professional certification in change management. Experience implementing HR and ERP systems Culture This is a fantastic organisation that is going through growth and change.
