Job Description Mo Tenei Turanga Mahi | About the Role
Following recent changes, this is a newly established fixed term position, working closely with the People and Culture Director to lead change processes across several sites.
The Change Lead is based in the Bay of Plenty, reporting to the People and Culture Director and will be responsible for:
Leading the design, development, and implementation of change processes and associated mahi, across sites, in support of and in collaboration with the People and Culture Director.
Ensuring a values-based and people focused approach that is compliant, supportive for employees and minimises risk to the business.
Enabling efficient delivery and ensure clearly documented change processes are administered.
Qualifications He korero mou | About you
To be successful in this role you will have:
Sound experience and understanding across human resources functions with specific specialty in employment legislation, industrial relations and change management.
Understanding of, and experience in delivering change communications and identifying risk.
Experience in leading large and complex change processes across a medium to large organisation.
Experience in delivery across people and culture functions, including development of frameworks, policies, standards, and delivery from design to implementation.
Experience working with multiple stakeholders including union representatives.
