There may be opportunity for office flex timeas might be agreed with other team members.Mote tunga | About the role The Senior ChangeAnalyst and Administration Support role is a fixed term position responsiblefor supporting the Change Team deliver the Canterbury and West Coast DistrictHolidays Act Programme's Change Management Strategy and Plan. 
This person will joinour Change Team which has responsibility for ensuring our 13,000 currentemployees are engaged and well-supported through changes relating to HolidaysAct 'Rectification' (payroll/time and attendance systems compliance), as wellas education/communication on 'Remediation' activities (the calculation ofleave payments since 2010.) 
Thesuccessful candidate will be a key part of the Change Team and work alongsideour broader Project Team. They will workcollaboratively to support the Change Team to successfully deliver the Te WhatuOra – Canterbury and West Coast District Holidays Act Programme's ChangeManagement Strategy and Plan. 
We arelooking for a capable, energetic, and adaptable person, who is looking for anopportunity to work in a large scale, complex programme to ensure we deliver apragmatic, human-centred people approach to our change activities acrossCanterbury and the West Coast. 
You will be responsible for: The Senior ChangeAnalyst and Administration Support will be responsible for supporting thepreparation and delivery of change activities; supporting planning anddeployment; stakeholder engagement, business change impact assessments, andlearning needs analysis. Some training delivery may also be required. 
It is essential tomaintain strong relationships with our key stakeholders, recognising thecritical roles they play in delivering health services, as well as ensuringthat all communications and education is engaging, clear and useful. 
Aminimum of 2 years' experience delivering and supporting delivery of changeactivities, materials, and training in a complex environment Experiencemanaging logistics and requirements for facilitation sessions, or similar. Thiswill include organising venues and incidentals, travel and accommodation fortrainers (through CDHB service providers) etc.Proficientwith MS Office, especially Powerpoint and Excel.Strongself-planning and organisational skills, with an ability to work independentlyand with others, and prioritise, and proactively manage time and workload. Highlevels of EQ and dealing diplomatically with stakeholders. Excellentactive listening and communication skills.Stronglevels of resilience, energy, and tenacity, with a propensity to persevere toget the desired outcomes. Ableto remain calm under pressure and focus on delivering results.Ateam player, who works collaboratively with and through others.Ableto adapt to changing circumstances and project priorities. Abilityto coach and support others in delivering effective learning and trainingactivities. Experiencewith payroll change projects.Experienceof working in a health environment, large Ministry or similar context would behighly beneficial. "Ko nga tangata, te matua mahi - Putting people at the heart of all we do" We are committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and its principles by ensuring our partnership with Maori are at the forefront of all our conversations. We believe in improving, promoting, and protecting the health and well-being of the Canterbury and the West Coast community.
