Glenview Kindy is a boutique childcare centre, located in Glenview, Hamilton, licensed for 30 children aged 2 to 6 years, offering both a small group size and improved child-to-teacher ratios. Our teaching philosophy is focused on respectful, inclusive practices, where a heart-led approach is highly valued.
We are looking for a beginning certified teacher or a teacher in-training to join our wonderful team.
Relationships play an essential role in our centre environment and practices. Each member of our team is valued, and their uniqueness and strengths are celebrated. We deeply value the relationships we build with tamariki, whanau, and as a teaching team.
Our ideal applicant will have the ability to provide positive outcomes for all tamariki. It is important for our teaching team to have positive aspirations for each child and believe that they are truly capable and confident in everything that they do.

This role is permanent, part-time, minimum of 20 hours a week, with the option to increase to a full-time position.
The successful applicant will need to have flexibility to work within our opening hours. We are happy to negotiate hours that work in with the successful applicant.
A good standard of written and spoken English is required, and you must have NZ residency.
