About The Role
As the CEO of Zeffer Brewing Limited, you will be the driving force behind their strategic direction, growth, and overall performance. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead the senior management team and oversee all aspects of the business, from strategic planning and revenue growth to stakeholder engagement and brand leadership.
This is a predominantly forward-facing role responsible for business growth, taking products to market, driving sales, supporting the sales team, and managing key partnerships. Your role will be pivotal in aligning the company's operations with its long-term vision, ensuring that Zeffer continues to innovate, excel, and lead in the craft beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the company's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market demands.
Team Management: Directly oversee the CFO, National Sales Manager, and Head of Production, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong, transparent communication with the Board of Directors, distribution partners, and shareholders.
Revenue Growth: Drive strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities and optimizing sales performance.
Brand & Marketing: Work with agency partners to lead the development of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, market share, and customer loyalty.
Risk Management: Develop robust risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and maintaining Zeffer's commitment to sustainability.
To Succeed In This Role You Will Be/have
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role, ideally within the beverage or FMCG industry.
Strong business acumen with a history of driving profitable growth and managing complex operations.
Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
A passion for the craft beverage industry and a commitment to quality and innovation.
The ability to manage agency and distribution partnerships to bring the Zeffer brand to life.
