We operate throughout Otago, with a broad reach of services that impact thousands of lives each year.The Role: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)We Are Looking For An Inspiring And Strategic Leader Who Will Champion PSO's Mission And Drive Its Future. As CEO, You Will:Lead PSO's strategic direction, aligning our vision with the needs of the communities we serve.Oversee the delivery of critical services, ensuring high-quality care and innovative solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, community organisations, and key stakeholders.Lead the work to create positive societal change and ensure PSO remains at the forefront of social service provision in Otago.Set the tone for a high-performing Senior Leadership Team.Lead PSO's commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.Ensure financial sustainability and foster new fundraising opportunities to enhance PSO's services.What We're Looking For:Proven senior leadership experience, ideally in the not-for-profit or social services sectors.A commitment for social justice and ideally a track record of driving impactful community initiatives.Strong financial acumen and experience in managing complex budgets.Exceptional communication, advocacy, and stakeholder management skills.A visionary mindset, capable of inspiring teams and building a resilient, future-focused organisation.This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a respected organisation with a century-long history of making a difference.
