The Punavai o le Atamai preschool is an early childhood centre located in South Dunedin. Licensed for 55 children including 15 under two years old and owned by the Congregational Christian Church Samoa, Dunedin. We are recruiting for a centre manager to lead our team and ensure the development and provision of quality education services and learning experiences for our Samoan and Pasifika fanau. Key responsibilities: Provide effective leadership and management of personnel at Punavai. Ensure Punavai meets its strategic, operational and financial objectives. Deliver a high-quality educational programme. Support and participate in the development of Punavai's strategic plan. Qualifications and Experience: Certificated teacher with at least three years of early childhood management experience. Excellent people and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of Te Whariki . Right to live and work in New Zealand. Advantage: Fluency in Samoan and familiarity with Pasifika cultures.
