Ready to embark on a journey where you will forge strong community ties and empower our littlest learners?We are on the lookout for a passionate centre manager to lead and guide our amazing team of kaiako here at Busy Bees Waitara!About us:Busy Bees Waitara has a play-based approach to learning, allowing children time and space to independently explore and seek understanding of the world around them.We offer a variety of activities and experiences across the curriculum including water andmessy play, science experimenting, art, construction, baking/cooking, bike track (with bikes to suit different ages), a huge sand pit and a variety of climbing equipment.About you:As our Centre Manager, you will have access to an excellent support network within the Busy Bees whanau, along with a Regional Manager who is committed to coaching and developing your success. We value Professional Development for all our teachers and are committed to upskilling and growing your professional development.As a passionate and experienced leader, you will wear many hats to allow you to manage in an ever-evolving environment and be adaptable to meet a variety of needs. You will have a strong "on the floor" presence, providing mentoring and role modelling of exceptional teaching practice to the team.
