Centre Manager - Lincoln Village EducareTeaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training)Full timeWe are in search of a leader with a knack for leading through change by coaching and mentoring to elevate a passionate teaching team to new heights.Strong operational skills and an understanding of financials are essential to ensure the continued success and growth of the centre.About the Role - Korero mo te TurangaYou will play a key role in leading the team during a period of change following the recent transition to Educare Lincoln Village. Change management skills alongside passionate leadership are at the forefront of being successful in this role.Your key role is to drive Educare's commitment to creating an outstanding environment for the tamariki in their centre, ensuring continuous growth and development for the centre.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing financial and occupancy goals.Leading and cultivating an environment where children are engaged, and their interests and strengths are developed and shared with their whanau.Coaching and mentoring teachers and support staff in the centre.Managing day-to-day centre operations, including rostering and staffing, enrolments, and marketing initiatives.Demonstrating good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki with a focus on compliance.Inducting, managing, and developing a high-quality team.This role is counted in ratio with allocated weekly admin time. This role is full time, 40 hours a week worked on a roster between 7.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.Our organisation - Mo matouEducare Lincoln Village has beautiful, open and calm spaces that provide a great environment for the tamariki to learn through play while nurturing their own personal interests and curiosities.
