Position: Experienced Centre Manager The following skills, knowledge, and capabilities are ideally required for this role:
An inspirational leader with an innate ability to further develop & lead a team to deliver best-practice childcare services. BEd/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification Outstanding time management and organisational skills Superb communication skills Previous leadership experience is a must. Initiative, desire, and passion for quality practice standards & commitment to the principles of Te Whariki Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics A comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels Innovative, resilient, committed, passionate and enthusiastic!
