Centre Manager

We are seeking an experienced and passionate centre manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, along with excellent leadership skills. You will lead a team committed to providing high-quality care and education, tailored to the needs of each child, creating a warm and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported. In this role, you'll also work closely with families, forging strong partnerships to support children's growth and development. You will have the overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Centre. Being familiar with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing criteria, 2008 regulations, and Code of Ethics, Storypark, and Te Whariki will be the foundation of your role. Compliance with the above will be held in high regard. You will show a strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi.
