We are lucky to have three character buildings, providing spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments for our children. Our large, well-established, and sunny garden provides an expansive space for our tamariki to explore, challenge, and learn.

About the role:
As a high-impact leader, reporting to an area manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
Role requirements:
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE or Primary) and current Teacher Certification
Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy, and curriculum
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki , and hold compliance in high regard
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others.
