Centre Manager

Anila Recruitment is a specialist talent agency in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) and Early Years Education. We partner with reputable Not-for-Profit (NFP) and purpose-driven organisations in the sector.

We are currently looking for an experienced centre manager in the early years.

About the role: $90,000 - $110,000 + super + incentives (negotiable)
Located in Alexandra Hills
Full-time permanent position
Manage the logistics and operations of a combined Early Years and OSHC service
OSHC Manager reports to the Centre Manager
Lead a team of Educators, Teachers, and Assistant Directors
Establish positive relationships with families and the community

About you: 2+ years experience as a Centre Manager in Early Years
Problem-solving and strong management experience
Understanding of the My Time Our Place Learning Framework
Understanding of the NQF and NQS
Confidence in managing large service operations
Experience leading a high-quality program
Willing to mentor and establish development strategies for educators when required

Lead the service operations and compliance of a beautiful service in the Redland region of QLD.
