About the role:
As a high-impact leader, reporting to an area manager, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and you'll take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre! Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be in your DNA.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday–Friday.
Licensed for 50 tamariki, we have 2 dedicated classrooms designed to support children in each age group as they learn and grow.
Role requirements:
B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification
Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum
Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others
