We are seeking an inspirational centre manager to lead our team of highly qualified early childhood educators, foster the culture, ensure the professional running of the centre and continue to deliver excellent early childhood educational outcomes for the children in this established centre.Key responsibilities are:Ensure the efficient running of the centre, implementing management policies and ensuring that all statutory requirements are met.Promote the philosophy and educational aims of the centre to staff and parents.Co-ordinate long term and daily programmes for the centre, and monitor progress.Set the tone for the culture, role modelling good practices and behaviours.Develop strong professional relationships with staff and parents.Exercise responsible judgement involving decisions related to children.Inspire, lead, organise and oversee professional development of the team.Candidates will have:Current teacher registration/certification with relevant early childhood qualification.Leadership experience with an ability to develop and motivate a team to deliver best practice childcare services.Familiarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of Ethics.Collaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other Centre Managers in our network.Experience ensuring the professional running of a centre and the delivery of a high quality early childhood curriculum.We offer competitive remuneration consistent with a premium international schools group, discounted childcare, parking and other benefits.Please apply at https://jobs.inspirededu.com/job-invite/3541/Type: Education and Care ServiceMaximum licensed places: 145Physical address:27-33 Ohinerau Street, Remuera, AucklandPostal Address:Wellesley Street, Auckland 1141
