Operating 4 learning spaces and boasting lovely indoor and outdoor environments, you will lead a young but enthusiastic team of Kaiako who are passionate about the mahi they do and the opportunities they offer tamariki in the Levin community. Our Centre provides a van service and all meals for tamariki.
Here you'll provide effective hands-on leadership that encourages, supports, and enables all team members to achieve their objectives and goals. You'll lead with a strong commitment to equity, ensuring fair and inclusive practices. You will make an impact with occupancy, compliance, and engagement across your team.
What we're looking for in you:
You are ECE qualified and hold full teaching registration.
You ideally have demonstrated experience in a centre manager role and understand what it takes to run a successful ECE centre.
