Our centre provides a van service and all meals for Tamariki.We are looking for someone who is excited about becoming a leader of teachers, who can guide, support, and model expectations with their teaching team, and who is genuinely passionate about ECE and understands and celebrates community, engagement, and growth within a team.Working closely with your area manager, you will build a culture of positivity and success in the centre, strengthening team engagement and retention.
Your support will enable your team to work collaboratively, achieving both educational and operational objectives.
