Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage the centre independently are essential.
A reflective mindset, openness to learning, and a drive for continuous improvement are also key.As Centre Manager, you will lead with purpose, ensuring high standards of learning and care, managing enrolments, and overseeing smooth operations.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-FridayRole requirements:Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence.
We are looking for the following: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others, you will have previous leadership experience You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
