Our South Auckland communities bring a diverse range of people through the door and our ideal candidate would be able to lead and be engaged with our community.The key to this role will be your excellent people relationship skills, with an ability to unite teams and bring people together towards achieving goals.You will have experience successfully managing and operating a recreational facility or customer service-oriented team, or solid recreation industry experience.A practical knowledge of business planning, monitoring, and operational management will come with you, alongside a proven track record in developing, maintaining, and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, ideally from the community sector. We are after a people person who can motivate and drive our team to meet our business KPIs and strive for excellence!Operational excellence and fiscal responsibility are additional key drivers for this role.
