Bear Park Remuera are looking for a qualified and experienced ECE leader to join us as our centre director. We believe the centre director's work is directly reflected in the passion, engagement, and overall success of our teachers, the delight in our children, and the strength in our whanau relationships. We are licensed for 120 children and offer incredible ratios within an engaging and natural environment.Supported by an experienced and close-knit leadership team, you will put children at the forefront of all you do, delivering a well-rounded and engaging curriculum, whilst ensuring the success of the centre from a business perspective, including overseeing and managing compliance. You will have a passion for the Reggio Emilia philosophy and supporting engaging provocations with our natural resources.As a centre director, communication will be one of your core strengths. Positive, reciprocal relationships with parents and children form the foundation of all we do so you will be a fabulous communicator, displaying empathy and professionalism at all times.From our spacious outdoor areas to our central piazza, we've created an environment that is natural, transparent, and inspiring for all.
