Combine your love for children and your tech savvy admin skills!We are looking for a superstar administrator to join our team at Busy Bees Ashburton!
We are looking for a warm, welcoming, and professional individual who will hold a key role in building and maintaining relationships within our centre.
The role will require the candidate to provide a high level of support to the Centre Manager through effective management of administration systems and high levels of communication with both enrolled families and external organisations.This is a full-time role from Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 3:00pm.Key Responsibilities:Face to face interactions with parents, children and visitors to the CentreMaintenance of our childcare management system (Discover) - data entry, data audits, parent invoicing and payment receiptsAnswering and directing telephone calls, timely, accurately and professionallyDaily and weekly reports and data collation as required by the Centre ManagerSupplying information to our Support Office in line with daily and weekly reporting requirementsAny other general admin-based tasks as required and requestedAbout You:Outstanding customer service ability – warm, friendly, and welcoming!Tech savvy – you will have excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook in particular)Exceptional organisational and administration skills with a fastidious eye for detailExcellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work with good problem-solving abilityFlexibility, and a willingness to step in and support others as requiredKnowledge of WINZ funding entitlements and experience using a childcare management system is preferred but not essentialYou will need to be available to travel to the centres to complete various administrative tasksExperience with accounts, invoices and debts is advantageousIn return for your commitment, we offer you a competitive remuneration package which includes subsidised childcare and an excellent induction programme with mentoring and ongoing opportunities for personal development.If you would like to be considered for this exciting opportunity to join us in providing exceptional administrative support, then please send your CV and cover letter today!Please note: Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.Why Work for Busy Bees?If you're passionate about early learning, Busy Bees is the place to be.
