The Church Road Team are looking for a passionate person that wants to be a part of a fantastic team representing our award-winning wines.
We currently have a fixed term Cellar Door Host role available so if you are looking for part-time hours (20hrs a week) please apply now.
We are looking for someone who can offer customers an authentic and memorable experience. We are a customer service focused cellar door, where every detail matters. Passion and warmth are at the heart of everything we do.
Responsibilities:
Delivering the brand story through tutored tasting and experiences.
Assisting customers in finding products, making selections, and purchasing items.

Your unique contribution:
You will focus on educating all visitors to the site by communicating the brand story with confidence through tutored wine tastings, tours, and experiences. You'll be flexible to undertake various tasks including maintaining a professional work environment.
If you have your Duty Manager's licence that would be seen as a great advantage for this role but not a necessity.
Your perfect blend of Talent:
Passion about great wine and world-class customer experiences.
Self-motivated and committed to the team and our fantastic brand.
A relevant background in hospitality, customer service or wine industry knowledge would be advantageous.
Ability to work over a 7-day roster. Some night and weekend work will be required.
An appreciation and understanding of wine and wine styles.
WSET 2 desirable but willing to provide training for the right candidate.
